My mate is in a band called 'Leave the capital' and has been shortlisted to receive some regular play on BBC's 6 Music station, details below:
Steve Lamacq's Rebel Playlist - you decide!
Three tracks that didn't make it through the vicious wilds of the 6
Music Playlist Meeting go up for the vote on Steve Lamacq's show.
This week's Rebel Playlist choices are:
Charlotte Gainsbourg - '5:55
The Radio Dept. - 'The Worst Taste In Music'
Leave the Capital - 'Matchsticks'
The winning track will be announced on Monday 22nd January and will
then be played on each 6 Music daytime show throughout the week.
To register your vote either go to:

or send a blank email to lamacq.6music@bbc.co.uk with TRACK3 in the subject field.
